Here is what you need to know about the GloPro and its magic! But first, how do we feel about the Beauty Bio craze? I remember (I miss) walking through Nordstrom, and all I would see is the Beauty Bio, I felt like this thing was watching me (haha)
I want to say this tool hasn’t been out for that long (the beauty Bio tool). However, the micro-needling concept has been around for a while. If you’re new to micro-needling, check out this post here, it will walk you through the fundamentals behind it.
Circling back to the Beauty Bio Tool, this device has hit the beauty market and is here to stay. Even going as far as releasing different attachments, making it a multiuse beauty gadget.
With all the attachment heads, it makes me feel like this is a no brainer purchase, but it took me years to finally crack and ask for it for Mother’s day!
I’ve been using my beauty bio micro-needling tool for the last month every night, and here’s what I’ve experienced.
But first, let’s look deeper into the GloPro.
What is the GloPro:

In a nutshell, the GloPro is Beauty Bio’s micro-needling tool. Micro-needling helps trigger your skin’s natural rejuvenation response. This technique has been a huge hype in the skincare world recently and for good reason.
By rolling the head of needles across your face, this helps deliver firmer, smoother skin, sounds simple, right? The best part is you can now do this in the comfort of your own home.
Is There Anything Unique About the GloPro?

Uniqueness is in the eye of the beholder but comparing the GloPro to other devices out there, the unique thing about the GlowPro is simple.
Beauty Bio took a simple device and added red light, and is battery operated.
Winning many beauty awards over the last few years makes you feel like this is something you need to have, but is it worth it at a whopping $199 price tag?
After visiting their website numerous times, talking myself out of buying anything, I found this to be interesting.
Since there are other micro-needling tools out there, that are affordable, what makes this one so unique they can charge $199 for it?
Referring back to my post about Micro-needling, I was using a device from Amazon for $20, and I was happy with the results. (When I used it)
Something worth mentioning, my amazon roller was painful! There are different size of needles (length) which penetrate the skin at different levels.
After a while, I stopped using it because I was too lazy to keep up the routine and eventually forgot about it altogether.
First Impressions of the GloPro

When I received my GloPro the packaging was sleek and I enjoyed it. It’s simple and straight to the point which I like. I hate the feeling of having to go through layers of packaging just to get to the Instructions.
What Comes In The Box
I purchased the original GloPro they have different sets that come in different finishes and prints. The original made the most sense, here is what comes with the Original GloPro.
- GloPRO Microneedling Rejuvenation Tool
- GloPRO Skin Prep Pads (5 pairs)
- Power Cord + Adapter
- Empty Sanitizing Spritzer Bottle – don’t panic this comes empty because they cany ship it with alcohol inside
- 2 AAA Batteries Pre-Installed in GloPRO Microneedling Tool
Does GloPro Work?
I have seen this question pop up a lot, and this does need a little explaining. Like everything else, it does what it’s intended to do. Pokes holes in your face, what takes this tool to the next level is what you pair with it.
The entire point of micro-needling is to puncture the skin to help with the rejuvenation of your skin. What you put on your skin afterward is where you will either see results or not.
In our society now we want results fast and we expect them overnight.
I have seen results with the GloPro, but I still have acne scarring and pores, and I’m okay with that.
HOW THIS HAS CHANGED MY SKIN
Since I have been using my GloPro, I wake up to softer, more plump skin. I have mixed the GloPro with my drunk elephant products, and my skin is responding well to this mixture.
Recently I started using the Guerlain Abeille Royale Double Serum, and yo, this is where I have seen the most significant results.
The GloPro is like the middle man; the skin cant react if the GloPro doesn’t puncture the skin. This has changed my skin for the better and it’s become a part of my routine daily.
I haven’t tried the other attachments yet; I’m dying to try the one for the body and the cryo rollers.
IS THE GLOPRO PAINFUL
No, the glopro isn’t painful. I feel slight poking on some areas of the face (my cheekbone area), but it’s not unbearable. At first, I didn’t think anything was happening because it felt nothing like my other roller from Amazon. The one from Amazon was hella painful, which is probably another reason why I kicked that shit to the curb.
After using the GloPro, my skin did turn reddish; this is normal. Your skin is responding.
HAS IT REMOVED SPOTS OR SHRUNK MY PORES
No and no. I started using this with a different goal in mind. I wanted the GloPro to help my skincare seep deeper into my skin so I can see better results. This will take time; there are so many other things that come into play when it comes to our skin’s health.
IS IT BETTER THAN THE AMAZON ONE I HAD
My friends asked me this question, and hands down the GloPro is way better for a few reasons.
- Quality- With my Amazon roller, it felt cheap, and the needles were painful. I remember when I would roll my face, the head attachment would squeak. The Glopro, on the other hand, is sturdy and feels good with rolling.
- Pain- As I mentioned earlier, the GloPro is not painful at all. The ones from Amazon were more painful; my face would bleed sometimes.
OVERALL THOUGHTS

I enjoy using the GloPro, and it’s become a nightly routine for me. So far, my skin hasn’t punished me yet and is responding well. The GloPro is a pricy gadget, but I see it as an investment for my skin and helps my skincare shine.
It did take me awhile with finally getting this into my hands because I thought a roller is a roller. The quality behind the GloPro is excellent, and the fact that you can switch out the attachments makes it useful for the entire body.
I recommend taking pictures of your face to track your journey as you go along. Also, if you feel you’re not getting the results you’re looking for, try mixing things up and trying different skincare.
Always use on a freshly cleaned face and ALWAYS sanitize it after use to help prevent breakouts.
